Frequently asked questions

Common questions about editorial direction, content vectors, and our Singapore agency services.

What type of agency is ContentVector?

ContentVector is an editorial content direction agency in Singapore. We provide narrative direction, editorial axis development, campaign narrative planning, messaging vector workshops, and content calendar architecture. We are not a vector graphics studio, AI content spinner, or guaranteed-results marketing agency.

Are you a vector graphics or illustration service?

No. Despite the name, ContentVector refers to editorial direction — the narrative bearing of your brand content. We do not create or sell vector graphics, SVG files, or illustration assets.

Do you use AI to rewrite or spin content?

No. We are not an AI paraphrasing or content spinning service. Our work is human-led editorial direction, strategy, and framework development.

Do you guarantee engagement, leads, or ROI?

No. Content direction outcomes vary by client, industry, budget, channel mix, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific revenue, conversion rates, lead volumes, or engagement metrics. Past editorial projects are illustrative and not promises of future performance.

What is an editorial axis?

An editorial axis is the central narrative line around which your content organises. It defines tone boundaries, thematic lanes, and how different content pieces relate to your brand positioning.

What is a messaging vector?

A messaging vector is a specific communication angle within an editorial lane — the direction from which you express a theme across channels without duplicating copy.

Who are your typical clients?

B2B services firms, F&B and retail brands, professional services entering Singapore, and marketing teams at scale-ups needing structured editorial direction.

Where are you located?

Our registered office is at 99 Duxton Road, #02-01, Singapore 089543, in the Tanjong Pagar district.

How do engagements start?

Request a direction brief via our contact form. We schedule a discovery conversation, then propose scoped work with clear deliverables and transparent fees.

Do you comply with PDPA?

Yes. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. See our Privacy Policy for data collection, use, retention, and your rights.

Can you work with brands entering Singapore from APAC?

Yes. We support regional brands localising editorial direction and narrative frameworks for the Singapore market.

What is not in scope?

Vector illustration, graphic design production, AI content spinning, financial advisory, academic ghostwriting, gambling marketing, crypto promotion, or guaranteed outcome claims.

How long do projects typically run?

Direction audits: 2–3 weeks. Editorial axis projects: 4–6 weeks. Calendar architecture: 3–5 weeks. Retainers are month-to-month with agreed notice periods.
